Who wants to just own an autographed 8 x 10 photo of Michael Jackson? Or a signed Thriller LP?

I've seen a few articles of his clothing on the auction block in the past. Never a white glove or the shoe used in the Billie Jean video. But, hats and shirts.

Well, I heard on a few radio stations, that someone has Michael Jackson's underwear, from when DNA was needed in a case. They are auctioning it for a million dollars.

I have a number of questions regarding this.

Are they mens underwear? Or does he wear those superoo's. Is that what they were called? The kids underwear that has Superman or some other super hero on them.

Second, if it was for a court case, doesn't Jackson get them back? Do cops and detectives take things from you for "evidence" and then just keep them?

I know when the guy shot John Lennon, after having him autograph the Double Fantasy album, someone found that record nearby. It was turned over to police. The cops wrote an evidence number on it. They dusted it for prints. Then, it was handed back to the guy that found it.

He ended up selling it for hundreds of thousands of dollars (stating that it was the "last autograph" Lennon ever signed).

Not sure if they dusted the Jackson underwear for fingerprints. And if they did, how many sets of kids prints would be on them!
