A rare tape of the Beatles surfaces.
Everyone stop reading this. Go up to your attic and check it out, and then come back down and finish the story. The amount of things people seem to find up there amaze me. I'm convinced someday someone will find Jimmy Hoffas body up in an attic.
A man in northern England was clearing out his father's attick, and found a tape recording of The Beatles chatting and laughing during a recording session. It's going to be sold by Cameo Auctioneers.
It's on reel-to-reel tape, and was recorded in 1964. I'm not sure how this isn't the property of Capitol Records, or the surviving Beatles.
The tape has versions of the songs "I Feel Fine, "I'm a Loser," "Don't Put Me Down Like This," and they try multiple times to complete the ballad "I'll Follow the Sun," but John and Paul keep giggling.
