The Gatorade is poured. Memorabilia is created.

I'm not sure if this shirt was washed. I'm assuming it wasn't.

But, the dress shirt that Celtics coach Doc Rivers was waering when Paul Pierce poured Gatorade on him as the team was winning the NBA title, has been auctioned. It went for $55,000.

Now, yeah, that does seem like a lot for a stained shirt. But, the anonymous bidder did get the thing autographed by Rivers, a former player, as well as Pierce. And, he got the Gatorade bucket, which will look nice on the....uh, shelf. If it fits.

All this was part of a charity auction. And, one of the bidder's was football coaching legend Bill Parcells, who bid $20,000.

Celtics Managing Partner Steve Pagliuca is offering a personal donation of $35,000 to the charity (Shamrock Foundation) if the winning bidder agrees to share the shirt at certain times for display.
