The child actor from The Omen, talks about signing autographs.
There's a British movie magazine I saw in Border's the other day. They had a great story about child actors, and what they're doing now.
They had the boy from Kramer vs. Kramer, who I believe is still in the movie industry, just not in front of the camera. They talked with the boy who played Charlie, in Willie Wonka.
The most interesting (for autograph collectors, anyway), was the segment with the boy from The Omen (you know the one...he had 666 on his head).
He runs a chauffer business in England. And, he talked about autograph collecting.
He mentioned a guy showing up at his house with a box of knives from the movie, wanting him to autograph them. He said, "Uh...I'm giving my baby a bath right now."
He also said that he didn't realize people will pay their hard earned money for a photo or autograph of him, at science-fiction and horror movie conventions.
Well, they do.
Enjoy it.
