Daniel Day Lewis and football stud Antonio Cromartie signing autographs.
Daniel Day-Lewis was at the Berlin Film Festival last Friday. And, he was happily signing autographs for the fans. He was a bit less enthusastic when it came to talking with the media, and the topic of Heath Ledger's death. Although, it's odd. He sort of create all that drama himself, by speaking so often about Ledger when the death occured.
Lewis gave such a moving tribute to Ledger at the Sag awards in late January, and it's only natural that reporters want to follow up on that.
Closer to my home, San Diego Charger Antonio Cromartie is an interesting story. He became a starter when someone got injured, and then he went on to break an NFL record by getting 10 interceptions. He made the Pro Bowl, and yesterday got two interceptions. And, what did he say his favorite part of playing in Honolulu was?
"I got to trade autographed helmets with Willis McGahee and Joseph Addai."
Even the stars are sometimes collectors like us.
